Zack Gould

Zack’s passion: make boring businesses cool.

Insurance agents, widely regarded as old, stale, and pale, conjure up images of paperwork and a mahogany desk; or a lizard cracking jokes. Entering the industry at 22 through a direct sales role at Liberty Mutual, Zack quickly learned how unremarkable insurance can be when telling friends about his new career.

After a couple years in the corporate world and multiple executive awards, including National Rookie of the Year for most policies sold, Zack left to open his first company, G&N Insurance. He knew he could sell insurance differently and in a way people would remember, even talk about.

And it worked. Prior to the sale of G&N, Zack and his co-founder built on this idea and were recognized with honors like Best Places to Work by the Boston Business Journal, National Agency of the Year by National Underwriters Magazine, Young Agent of the Year and INC 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America.

Zack combines empathy, humor and innovation to make could-be boring businesses places you want to work for and work with. Over the past 10 years, Zack has opened two companies, employed over 70 individuals, keynoted conferences, guest lectured at seven universities, co-hosts two podcasts, and developed a nationally recognized brand with his vlog, BobbleOn.
