Executive MBA

The Executive MBA Program (EMBA) is where accomplished professionals and high-performing managers become high-impact leaders. Our 42-credit curriculum balances technical rigor, management theory, and practical applications to everyday business situations. Our EMBA program is in-person in Hartford, CT. A new cohort of students is admitted each Fall semester, and classes meet every other Saturday and two Fridays per semester. Our elite faculty foster learning, engaged collaboration, and networking, and students complete their MBA in 20 months. Please note, this program is not able to offer visa sponsorship for students.

Flex MBA

The Flex MBA Program offers a flexible, self-paced hybrid learning experience designed to fit your unique schedule and career goals. With a blend of online and in-person classes, students can customize their coursework to balance work, life, and education. In-person sessions are available at our Hartford and Stamford campuses, providing opportunities for networking and collaboration. The program is open to domestic and international students who require visa sponsorship.

The Online MBA Program (OMBA) offers our top-ranked MBA academic experience, set in a fully virtual learning environment. Designed for individuals from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, your engagement with peers and faculty are still high priority, even in the online space, and you get to choose between two tracks – the Cohort track and the Independent Learning track. The Online MBA provides students the opportunity to be a UConn Husky without geographic limitations! Please note, this program is not able to offer visa sponsorship for students.

MBA: Advanced Standing Pathway

The MBA: Advanced Standing Pathway (MBA: ASP) at UConn offers graduates of UConn’s specialized programs – including JD, MD, Pharm.D., PhD (Biomedical Science), and Master’s degrees in Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, Social Work, Financial and Enterprise Risk Management, Human Resource Management, and Business Analytics & Project Management – an accelerated path to earning an MBA by leveraging their prior graduate coursework, completing the degree in 33 credits rather than 42 credits. Eligible students can pursue the MBA: ASP through the Flex or Online MBA Programs.

Accounting

The MS in Accounting program at UConn is designed for professionals aiming to deepen their expertise in accounting and advance their careers. This 30-credit program offers a flexible, online learning environment, allowing students to balance work, life, and education effectively. The curriculum emphasizes advanced accounting concepts, ethical considerations, and practical applications, preparing graduates for leadership roles in the accounting profession. Students can complete the program at their own pace, with the option to finish in as few as eight months. Please note, this program is not able to offer visa sponsorship for students.

Business Analytics & Project Management

The MS in Business Analytics and Project Management (BAPM) program equips students with the skills to analyze complex data and lead projects effectively. This 37-credit STEM-designated program offers both full-time and part-time options, with classes available in Hartford and Stamford, Connecticut. The curriculum integrates analytics, project management, and leadership courses, preparing graduates for high-demand roles across various industries. International students are welcome, and visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Designed to be completed in 20 months on a part-time basis, the curriculum focuses on strategic HR competencies, including diversity and inclusion, employment law, talent analytics, and organizational change. Social Responsibility & Impact in Business

The MS in Social Responsibility & Impact in Business (MSSRIB) program positions graduates to be catalysts for positive social, economic, and environmental change within organizations. This 30-credit program is open to individuals with diverse educational backgrounds and offers flexible pacing options, including a Fast Track that can be completed in as little as 12 months and a Flex Pace for a more balanced schedule. The curriculum integrates business fundamentals with specialized knowledge in social responsibility, sustainability, and human rights, preparing graduates to meet the growing demand for socially responsible business leaders. Supply Chain Management

The MS in Supply Chain Management (MSSCM) is a STEM-designated, 30-credit program designed to meet the growing demand for supply chain professionals in today's complex, global economy. Offered in a flexible hybrid format, the program allows students to complete their degree in as little as nine months full-time or at their own pace part-time, with online courses and optional in-person sessions in Hartford and Stamford.
