Product Delivery Lead, Behavioral Health
Sara Allen is the Behavioral Product Delivery Lead building a new behavioral health solution for Cigna. In this role she is responsible for bringing a new mental health product to market to support employers in offering best in class behavioral care for their employees. She previously led product innovation and strategy development for Cigna’s Social Determinants of Health strategy. Throughout her time in Product, Sara continues to lead efforts bringing behavioral and social support to communities across the country.
Prior to joining Cigna, Sara worked for McKesson Corporation as an Operations Supervisor overseeing the nightly operations of a $2.3B distribution center. She holds a BS in Physiology and Neurobiology and MBA from the University of Connecticut. Sara sits on the Board of Leadership Greater Hartford. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and son, and enjoys all things home design and renovation.
