With over twenty-five years of HR experience, Robin is uniquely poised to help organizations identify, build, and deploy the talent they need to excel and gain a competitive advantage. She has been senior leaders’ resource for human capital strategy, leadership development, and talent assessment.

She has extensive experience in the design of development programs for high-potential talent and has coached leaders to help them leverage their strengths, identify areas to increase their effectiveness, and reach their full potential. Her expertise enables her to find solutions that fit each client’s unique challenges ensuring long term impact.

She presently heads Beaumont Bailey’s Leadership Development practice, advising clients on human capital management, leadership development, talent assessment and successful on-boarding practices. She is the founder of the Human Capital Solutions practice at Beacon Global Group supporting global relationships with banks, accountants, lawyers, tax specialists and financial planners. Previously, she was Chief Talent Officer for S&P Global, leading all talent initiatives and workforce planning strategies across five global businesses. She was responsible for the overall talent agenda, leadership development, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and engagement enabling S&P Global’s business strategy.

Robin has previously held senior HR roles at Baptist Health of South Florida, PepsiCo, Avon Products, KPMG and Bertelsmann, AG with successive positions in development, training, acquisition, HR transformation and management.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Denver, a master’s degree in General Management from the University of Connecticut and a Human Resources Certification from Cornell University’s School of Industrial Labor Relations. She is presently on The Peddie School Leadership Council and served for two years on Corporate Executive Board’s Talent Management Advisory Board.
