In-State Tuition
If you’re covered under a GI Bill program or the Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) program, you may be able to get in-state tuition rates at a public school even if you haven’t lived in the state where the school is located. Click here to find out if you qualify for in-state tuition rates under Section 702 of the Veterans Choice Act.
Application Fee Waiver
The application fee waiver is applicable for all active Duty, veterans, guardsmen and reservists. By indicating your military service on your application, the fee waiver will automatically be applied.
Individualized Career Coaching
We provide individualized career coaching to all our veterans in our graduate business programs.
Annual MBA Veterans Career Conference
The UConn School of Business also supports our veterans by paying for all expenses to send them, if they wish, to the Annual MBA Veterans Career Conference.
This conference was held in Chicago. It’s a 3-day event with companies like Google, Microsoft, Accenture, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Shell Oil and Johnson & Johnson in attendance.
“The MBA Veterans Conference was an incredibly informative event from start to finish. There were approximately 250 MBA candidates, with a complete mix of first and second year students, as well as all military branches of service. I was able to speak to many recruiters, and all of the companies on my target list.”
